Dr. Ayobami Oladapo Eluwole is a highly skilled cardiologist with expertise in both general and interventional cardiology. He completed his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research from Tulane University.

Dr. Eluwole has diverse experience across various healthcare settings, including serving as an attending physician at multiple medical centers, such as South Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Sanford Medical Center, and McLaren Health Care System. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and is licensed to practice in New York, Michigan, Louisiana, South Dakota, and Arkansas. Additionally, he is an active member of several professional societies, including the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.

His research contributions include investigating cardiovascular disease in diabetes patients of African descent and presenting his findings at major medical conferences, where he has earned recognition for his work. Dr. Eluwole’s academic career also includes teaching roles at Delgado Community College and St. George’s University.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys American football, soccer, music, and traveling, and is proficient in both English and basic Spanish.
