Our Physicians

Dr. Sedo Tamakloe is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 24 years of experience. He graduated from Ghana Medical School in Accra, Ghana, and furthered his training in the United Kingdom with the Royal College of Surgeons. During his training, he held various positions in the Department of Accident and Emergency Medicine at Worcestershire Royal Hospital and in General Surgery at Northwick Park Hospital in London. His experience in Emergency Medicine led him to the United States, where he pursued a career in Internal Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Michael Reese Hospital. He joined Green Clinic, a multispecialty group practice in Louisiana, where he practiced Internal and Occupational Medicine. He also served on the Executive Board of Green Clinic, Lifecare Long Term Acute Care Hospital, and acted as Medical Director for several nursing homes, home health, and hospice agencies. Dr. Tamakloe is a member of the Ghana Medical and Dental Council, the General Medical Council in the UK, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians. He holds practicing licenses in Ghana, the United Kingdom, and four states in the United States.
